Only the warehouse supervisor and logistics specialist can view the complete address, and customer service can only see the order number and logistics tracking number.

All staff members shall sign the Confidentiality Agreement, and those who violate the rules and disclose information shall bear legal responsibility.

2、 Implementation Rules for Confidential Shipping

Package appearance standard

Outer packaging: Solid color cardboard box/woven bag without brand logo, labeled as "daily necessities" or "home accessories" by the sender.

Inner packaging: vacuum sealed+black anti see through film, product name replaced by code (e.g.: XS-2024B）。

Logistics information processing

The express waybill hides the product category, and the recipient's name supports abbreviations (such as "Mr. Zhang" instead of the full name).

Cooperative courier company: SF Express Privacy Package/JD Privacy Number Service, automatic desensitization after 7 days of logistics records.

Special Needs Response

Night delivery: Support delivery after 21:00 to avoid others collecting on behalf of you.

Self pickup service: Can be stored at cooperative convenience stores (can be picked up with the pickup code, no identity verification required).

3、 User Data Rights Statement

Information deletion right

After 30 days of order completion, customers can apply to completely delete their address and contact information (keeping anonymous transaction records for future reference).

Anti tracking mechanism

Enable incognito mode for website access: disable cookies tracking and do not associate IP addresses with order information.

Do not include paper brochures in the package to avoid secondary information exposure.

Dispute Resolution Channel

After sales issues are communicated through an encrypted work order system, and social tools such as WeChat/QQ are disabled to keep records.

When legal authorities retrieve data, they need to provide a formal letter and notify users in advance.

4、 Violation accountability and compensation

If privacy is leaked due to our negligence, we will compensate 300% of the actual loss amount (up to a maximum of 50000 RMB).

Regularly commission third-party organizations (such as the China Network Security Review Technology and Certification Center) to conduct compliance audits.
